In light of the Council’s delay in consulting on the additional information and the consultation period now running to 6 November, the Inspectors will issue agendas for the December Hearings on 20 November. Given the Hearings resume on 1 December the Inspectors are not inviting or expecting Hearing Statements but representors may wish to structure their submissions in line with the relevant Hearing agendas from the June sessions
