We submitted the replacement Local Development Plan and associated documents to the Welsh Government and Planning Environment Decisions Wales (PEDW) for examination, under section 64(1) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 on 23 December 2025.
Each document has a unique reference number and link to the document.
The Planning and Environment Decisions Wales will now arrange for an examination of the Plan to be held in early 2026 by an independent Planning Inspector. This will be managed by a Programme Officer, under instruction from the appointed Inspector(s).
